      • * There was no CPR shield in the First Aid Kit.*Please make sure CPR shield is available in the first aid kit.

      • There were no Chlorine test strips present onsite to measure the bleach water solution/ sanitizer. No concern noted with the concentration of the solution/sanitizer.*Please make sure chlorine test strips is available onsite and also check the concentration of bleach daily, if not preparing fresh solution.

      • *Corner edge surface of the play table coming off (used for the playing purpose, not eating). *Please repair the surface and make sure to it is non-absorbent and free from any debris to avoid any cross contamination.
