      • The hand wash sink in the Gents washroom was missing one faucet. Operator has ordered the missing part.Ensure the missing faucet is repaired/replaced to ensure both hot/cold water is available for hand hygiene.

      • The walk-in cooler for the dairy section had stains on the walls and also on the display area.Please clean the stains on the display area and inside the walk-in cooler.

      • 1. It was observed that the mens washroom toilet tank lid is missing. Please replace the toilet tank lid.Also, the toilet tank was non-stop filling and had to be manually turned-off. Please repair the toilet tank water filling equipment and ensure the toilet is in proper working order. 2. The ladies washroom toilet tank lid is missing. Please replace the missing tank lid.
