      • Observation(s): While cross-referencing children's dates of birth with the attendance list, the Licensing Officer observed that four of the eight children present in the Group Child Care 30 months to school-age program were under the age of 36 months. This item was corrected during the inspection.

      • Observation(s): When exiting the proposed new space, the divider that separates the two Multi-Age programs was missing. Licensee contact and Manager brought this to staff's attention and the shelving was placed to create two groups. As this was corrected prior to the FLO's departure, this contravention is considered resolved.
