      • Dirty laundry was observed to be on the floor in the laundry room. Discussed with operator to ensure dirty laundry is properly stored prior to washing.

      • Two measured bottles of chlorine sanitizer solution was not acceptable for required concentration for outbreak status. Measured concentrations were 500ppm and 800ppm respectively. The label for how to prepare the correct concentration during outbreak was correct. Informed operator who created a fresh solution. Please ensure chlorine concentration meets requirements of 1000ppm during outbreak.

      • No valid test strips were available for chlorine that would be able to test and measure the required concentrations during outbreak procedures. Informed operator who will purchase valid test strips that are able to test higher concentrations.

      • No ABHR was available in rooms for staff use or rooms for children over the ages of 3 years old. Please ensure ABHR is available as an additional measure to those individuals and stored in a safe location.
