- No test strips were available upon request.Please obtain chlorine test strips for the chemical dishwasher, as well as QUAT test strips for verifying sanitizer concentration. Please ensure test logs are maintained on a daily basis for both the dishwasher and sanitizer.
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- The bottle of hand soap was sitting inside the sink at each handwash station. In addition, there was no paper towel in the dispenser.Please install hand soap dispensers above each hand sink and ensure the paper towel dispenser is stocked.
