- Bleach/chlorine disinfectant was measured at 500ppm with bleach/chlorine test strips. Ensure bleach/chlorine disinfectant is maintained at 1000ppm during outbreak. The operator prepared 1000ppm bleach/chlorine during the inspection.

- In the junior toddler room, a small black leather couch was observed to be in disrepair. Please ensure the indicated couch is repaired to be smooth and easy to clean or is removed from the facility. The operator removed the indicated couch during the inspection.

- Several soft plush toys, play clothes and pillows were observed in multiple childcare rooms. Ensure all play items that cannot be cleaned and sanitized are removed from the childcare rooms during outbreak. The operator removed the indicated items during the inspection.
