   • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
     • Bleach spray bottle was empty at t his time.Sanitizing solution must be readily available for use every time kitchen is used/daily.
   • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
     • Commercial dishwasher was not working properly and was not used.The dishwashing machine must be repaired immediately.Temporary manual dishwashing option until the dishwashing machine is repaired were discussed with Shannon and must be established immediately.Dishes were being washed in each classroom. This is not acceptable as there are no sufficient sinks available in the classrooms. This was discussed at the last inspection and only approved method was to use kitchen for dishwashing purposes and snack preparation. After snacks are served dirty dishes could be placed in a designated bin and returned to the kitchen for washing/sanitizing immediately after meals are finished.
