The sand table cover in the Junior preschool room worn down, making it hard to clean. Please refinish or replace the cover 4. The wall in the bathroom of the Senior preschool room was worn down, making it hard to clean.Please refinish the wall so it is smooth and easy to clean

      • Bleach water solutions throughout the facility were not labeled. Please ensure all chemicals and cleaners are labeled to indicate its contents.

      • 1. Items were being stored on the diapering mat in the junior toddler room. Please ensure diapering areas are clear and items not associated with diapering are stored in separate areas.2. Staff did not wash their hands after diapering in the Infant. Please ensure kids and staff are washing their hands as part of the diapering procedures. Staff were corrected and washed their hands.

The shelves between the junior preschool and senior preschool are not secured. Please secure them. 4. The diapering table in the junior toddler and infant room are wobbly. Please ensure the diapering table is secured.
