Please check other rooms as well for any damages and make sure required repairs are completed.* There was a vertical crack on the wall beside the window on the left in room, Preschool 1.*Preschool 2 Room-Wall surface beside the washroom was water damaged.-White Shelf beside washroom entrance area top surface was damaged/paint chipping.-Green couch arm started get damaged.

Room Preschool 3 Please repaint or replace.*There were paint chipping and wall damages in rooms such as Preschool 1, Preschool 2, Kindergarten room * There was a vertical crack on the wall beside the window on the left in room, Preschool 1.*There was damage dry wall by the baseboard behind the big shelf on the right. Room Preschool 3.*Birch windowsills were damaged in room Kindergarten and Preschool 1.Please make sure repairs are completed.* There were foam toys noticed in the some of the rooms, and some building toys were damaged. Please make sure foam toy are removed from the room. They cannot be washed and sanitized due to their materials. They are water absorbent. Please make sure all toys are durable, easy to be cleaned and sanitized.

Room Preschool 3.*Caulking at the sink in the classroom was not in good repair in Room Preschool 1.*Birch windowsills were damaged in room Kindergarten and Preschool 1.*Caulking at the sink in the room Kindergarten was not in good repair. mildew started built up.*Tap was not stable in the kindergarten room.*One of the sinks in the washroom between Kindergarten and Preschool 3 was not operational Please make sure required repairs are completed.

      • *During the conversation with the staff in some of the rooms toys were being sprayed with bleach water solution.Please make sure proper toy washing 2 comp. sink method is discussed with all staff and toys are submerged in an approved sanitizer. For toys not cleaned and sanitized in an approved dishwasher, follow the steps below. 1. Wash with a detergent and warm water.2. Rinse detergent away with clean, warm water.3. Wipe, spray, or soak in a sink for two minutes using one of the approved sanitizers.4. After sanitizing step, let the surface or item air dry.Sanitizer concentration must be tested regularly with sanitizer test papers or other testing equipment unless it comes from the manufacturer pre-mixed ready to use and marked with an expiry date.

Toddler 2:Corners of mirrors had sharp edges.COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. Cover staples, so they are not as easily accessible to clients. 2. Cover edges of mirror to protect clients from possible injury.
