      • 1. In the Toddler 1 classroom, fridge temperature logs were incomplete, with dates recorded but no temperatures documented. The fridge temperature was within the acceptable range at the time of inspection.Please ensure staff are recording accurate daily temperature recordings.May 12, 2026: Incomplete temperature logs for May 7, 8, 11, and 12.

      • 1. The childproof lock under the sink in the Preschool 3 classroom was broken. A bottle of Mr. Clean was stored in the cabinet and accessible to children. Please secure the cabinet or relocate the chemical.
    • 08. Is this facility properly constructed (Non-Critical)?
      • 1. The access panel cover located in one of the bathroom stalls in the shared bathroom between Preschool 3 and Preschool 4 is loose. Please secure the panel cover to ensure the hole in the wall is covered.
    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • 1. Handwashing sinks were inspected throughout the facility to verify adequate stocking of supplies.- The handwashing sink in the Toddler 2 classroom did not have any hand soap available in the classroom.- Three out of four handwashing sinks in the Kinder 1/OSC room had empty soap dispensers.- One handwashing sink in the shared bathroom between Preschool 3/Preschool 4 was missing hand soap.Please ensure handwashing stations are stocked and staff are completing daily checks.

      • 1. Fabric chairs in the Kinder 1 room were in disrepair, with ripped cushions making it hard to effectively clean. Please replace the cushions on the chairs.
    • 31. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Critical)?
      • 1. Chlorine sanitizer concentrations varied widely throughout the facility. - Infant 1, Infant 3, Preschool 5, and Toddler 6 measured 500 ppm.- Toddler 4 and Toddler 3 measured 50 ppm.- Toddler 2 and the accessible washroom measured 1000 ppm. Staff reported they are estimating the chlorine to water ratio when preparing sanitizer solutions.A designated staff member went around to each classroom to mix new solution during the inspection.

      • 1. In the Toddler 4 classroom, fridge temperature logs recorded temperatures of 10°C, which is outside the acceptable range. The internal thermometer and infrared measurement confirmed the fridge was less than 4°C.2. In the Toddler 1 classroom, fridge temperature logs were incomplete, with dates recorded but no temperatures documented. The fridge temperature was within the acceptable range at the time of inspection.Please ensure staff are recording accurate daily temperature recordings.

      • Toddler 1: The door handle leading to the shared bathroom had build-up of debris and was sticky. It was cleaned during inspection.Please ensure high-touch areas are cleaned on a frequent basis.

      • Hand sanitizer located in the main hallway leading to the playground was expired. It was replaced during inspection.
