      • Toddler 2, Toddler 3, Preschool 1, Preschool 6: Electrical cords from the light tables were accessible to children. Please ensure cords are kept out of reach.

      • Infant 2, Infant 4, Infant 5, Toddler 5, Preschool 1, Preschool 5, Out of School: Natural and easily uncleanable items were observed in classrooms, including paper, tree bark in sensory bins, cardboard playhouses, dress-up clothes, recyclable bottles, and fabrics.As the facility is in currently in an outbreak, please ensure the following until the outbreak is declared over:- All fabric items are removed during an outbreak.- Discard natural play items that cannot be properly cleaned or disinfected.- All plush toys, dress-up clothes, sandboxes, water tables, and play equipment (e.g., play dough, puzzles) that cannot be cleaned and disinfected must be removed during an outbreak.- All porous and non-cleanable toys must be removed.
