      • Observation: Noticed mice droppings underneath the storage shelves and tables near the double sink.
      • Corrective Action(s): Clean and disinfect the floor and all other areas where droppings are found. Ensure that the pest control provider places
      • traps in appropriate places. Continue to monitor for evidence of mice activity. ( By June 19, 2022)

      • Observation: Observed several blankets and linens stored in the mop sink room. This will make it hard to clean the room and can allow for harbouring of mice/pests.
      • Corrective Action(s): Remove all blankets and all other unnecessary items from the mop sink area. Ensure mop sink and floor is accessible. (BY June 18, 2022)

      • Observation: Spray bottles of sanitizers not labelled properly. Operator unware of the chemical soultion in the spray bottles.
      • Corrective Action(s): The chemical solution in the bottle was discarded. Ensure to always use approved cleaners and sanitizing products for use in your premises. If bleach sanitizer is to be used, use 1 oz of bleach per gallon of water to make 100 ppm chlorine bleach sanitizer., Ensure that cleaning products are used as per manufacturer's instructions on the label. Do not use multiple labels on a single spray bottle.(Immediately).

      • Observation: Sandwich preparation cooler registered 7.5 degrees C at the time of inspection.
      • Corrective Action(s): Remove and relocate all perishable products from this cooler. Repair or adjust the cooler so that it maintains food items at 4 C or below at all times. (immediatley).

      • Observation: The dishwasher is not in workign order due to water leaks. Repair has been called to fix the issue.
      • Corrective Action(s): In the mean time, all dishes must be washed at Brogran Family restaurant which connected through a door way to Brogan deli.
      • Repair the dishwasher and ensure that it reaches at least 82 C at the plate surface during final rinse. ( Immediately).
