- Fridge measured 6 degrees Celsius. A thermometer is not available for the other fridge and freezer. *Adjust fridge temperature to be maintained at 4 degrees Celsius or less. *Equip fridge and freezer with a thermometer.
- 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
- Surface of kitchen cupboards underneath the handles contain grease. Slight food residuals are present in the fridge and freezer and food particles are caught in the fridge door seal. Floors contain slight grease residues along edges of floors. There is a pop spill on the metal wire rack. Popcorn machine was not cleaned after use. *Please clean and sanitize the mentioned areas. Due to other groups using the kitchen, the Ballpark Association will implement a damage deposit that can be withheld if kitchen is not cleaned and sanitized after use. - Good.
