  - 2. Sanitizer spray bottle measured 0 ppm Quat.
  - Corrective Action(s): 1. Replace sanitizer jug. Monitor colour and volume of the sanitizer jug regularly. Obtain chlorine test strips to test the dishwasher at least once per day (must be 50-100 ppm)
  - 2. Discard contents of the spray bottle and refill with 100-200 ppm chlorine sanitizer.
