- There were two separate packages of raw burgers observed in the deep freezer. None of the burgers had labels to indicate the source.
- 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
- There is not an adequate strength of sanitizer. I tested the strength of the sanitizer in the bottle feeding the dishwasher and verified that it is at an inadequate strength. Please replace.As discussed, sanitizer may lose its strength over time when sitting in a hot kitchen i.e. evaporates.
