- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher had no detectable level of sanitizer at final rinse. Bucket of sanitizer was empty but was replaced by staff during inspection. Records show that last sani checks were done on Feb 1st and there was sanitizer present in dishwasher at that time. However last three checks were missed (checks currently done twice per day).
