- Mouse dropping were found behind the stove and in the cabinets.Ensure that just prior to any event all food contact surfaces are washed and sanitized. Furthermore if any utensils and pots are used they must be ran thru the dishwasher first.Ensure monthly pest control checklist are being filled out.
