   • 05. Do food handlers refrain from handling food while ill and have acceptable attire and hygiene?
     • Staff were observed touching cell phones and returning to food handling without washing hands. Staff were also observed changing gloves without washing hands in between.- Hands must be washed after handing personal items, before returning to food handling. - Gloves are not a substitute to handwashing. Hands must be washed before putting gloves on, after taking them off, and before putting a new pair of gloves on.
   • 05. Do food handlers refrain from handling food while ill and have acceptable attire and hygiene?
     • A container holding waste water and a sump pump overflowed onto the ground by the dishwashing sinks. A staff member cleaned up the spill while wearing cloth gloves. Staff member went to return to dishwashing while wearing the gloves that were worn while cleaning up the waste water spill.Gloves were instructed to be discarded.
   • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
     • There were no paper towel dispensers at the front or back hand wash sinks.Install paper towel dispensers at all hand wash sinks.
   • 20. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
     • Cigarette butts were observed on the floor in the front food handling area, as well as in the back, close to where the food is prepared.Smoking must be contained to areas separate and away from food handling.
   • 21. Is refuse being managed in a suitable manner?
     • The sump pump was initially in an open storage container. At one point, the waster water overflowed from the container. A lid was placed on the container, but for future events, proper containers that are intended to hold waste water must be used.
