      • The spray bottle containing chlorine-based sanitizing solution measured 1000 ppm.A fresh solution was prepared at the time of inspection.

      • A spray bottle containing chlorine-based sanitizing solution was not labelled.Label the bottle to identify its content.

      • There was no test strip for measuring the concentration of the chlorine bases sanitizer in use.Obtain appropriate test strips.

      • The handwashing sink in the front food preparation area was obstructed. Washed dishes and utensils were left to air dry in a rack placed over the sink.The drying rack was removed from the handwashing sink during inspection. The handwashing sink must be used for handwashing only.
