      • Three containers of cheesecake were not labelled. Receipt was available to indicate that they are from Rosewood Fresh Meat. Please ensure all food items are labeled with product name, net quantity, production date, best before or expiration date, name and address of the producer, and list of ingredients.

      • The facility was re-packaging samosa, which was in contrary to the current permit restriction (no preparation). The operator took the samosa for personal use.
