     • Observation: General overall sanitation was maintained well however there were some rodent droppings noted under the AP flour bin and rice flour bin, as well as along the windowsill near the shopping carts.
     • 2X dead mice found in trap T3 in the corner of the store adjacent to the pet food
     • Corrective Action(s): Clean the above noted areas and sanitize. Report mice findings to pest control professional (services facility once per week)
