      • - Paper towel for drying hands was not immediately available at time of inspection. Staff were notified and paper towel was supplied.

      • - Pest control monitoring is not being documented consistently on a monthly basis. Most recent document was from May, 2025.

      • - The bleach solution used for sanitizing work surfaces had a concentration that was too high, as indicated by the test strip color indicator showing 800+ ppm. In response, the operator prepared a new bleach solution at the required concentration of 100 ppm.
