Thermometers to be maintained in these units for routine monitoring, to ensure maintenance within appropriate ranges.

      • Front under grill cooler temp approx 10 degrees C at time of inspection, 4 degrees C or less required at all times. Owner added freon shortly after and is operating at correct temp. Thermometer to be used & monitored by staff at all times to ensure proper temp maintained.

      • Cardboard used on top shelf of walk-in cooler, to be removed. All surfaces must be smooth & impervious so as to be easily cleaned/sanitized.

Repair/installation required to allow for smooth, impervious surface and more effective cleaning.Also cardboard and excess soil accumulation on top shelf in walk-in cooler, cardboard not to be used/to be removed, shelf to be cleaned and maintained in clean, smooth & impervious condition easy to clean/sanitize.
