      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher was only achieving 66-67 deg C at dish level after rinse cycle.
      • Checked with both a thermometer placed inside during the dishwasher cycle, and then also with a ThermoLabel test sticker. Both indicated that temperature internally was only at 66 deg C, despite the gauage showing a rinse temperature of 82 deg C (180 deg F) and higher.
      • Corrective Action(s): Repair dishwasher to achieved 71 deg C or greater internally at the dish level
      • In the meantime, dishes must be manually washed/rinsed/sanitized in your 3 compartment sink
