- Observation: Rodent droppings noted under the counter near the sink and on the shelves at the back.
- Corrective Action(s): Remove rodent droppings on the floor and shelves. Clean and sanitize the areas noted. Ensure to have pest control service at least 2 times a month. Provide invoices. Continue to clean rodent droppings and monitor for further rodent activity.
