- Corrective Action(s): Have machine serviced to ensure that dishes are properly washed. Machine still reached proper final rinse temperature and can be used for sanitizing. Kitchen only used on an occasional basis and no events in the next few weeks.

- Observation: Cooler temperature was 21C. Temperature discovered to be low this morning by church staff/volunteers - repair technician called for servicing.
- Corrective Action(s): All potentially hazardous foods moved out of the cooler into working coolers at the time of inspection. Do not use the cooler until it is repaired and capable of holding foods at less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius. Obtain a thermometer for the inside of the cooler as outside digitial thermometer is not accurate.

- Observation: Dishwasher detergent pump broken between last event and inspection.
- Corrective Action(s): Repair pump mechanism so detergent is added automatically. In the mean time (if the dishwasher is needed) switch to manually adding domestic dishwasher detergent until repaired; next event not scheduled until Feb 25, 2018. Email undersigned EHO when the repair is complete.
