- Inspection was conducted in response to reported snow-melt flooding in the care area.On Observation:- A gap at the base of the entrance door was observed- Bags, boxes, buckets and bins in contact with the ground in the main storage room were wet.- Water was observed in the small gap tile under neath the infant care area counter countertops- Evidence of moisture was observed in the office area underneath a desktop computer located underneath the main deskCorrections:- Repair, replace or install weatherstripping to the front entrance door in a manner that maintains a water- resistant barrier.- Remove goods from the storage area, dry, clean and sanitize all areas where water is present. Consult with a professional flood remediation company for guidance.
