     • No test strips were available to measure concentration of food contact surface sanitizer solution. Discussed the need to have test strips. Operator was to order test strips for chlorine/bleach.

     • - The cooler was not equipped with a thermometer. - No probe thermometer was available to measure cooking temperature of hot dog.Operator advised thermometers would be purchased later in the afternoon.
