      • ***Used cleaning cloths were present on the counter. Reviewed procedure that between uses they were to be stored in a sanitizer solution. Operator made up a new sanitizing solution for the cleaning cloths.

      • ***utensils were being stored in water. Discussed that the utensils were to be stored clean and dry or stored in a sanitizer solution.
    • 21. Is refuse being managed in a suitable manner?
      • Waste water disposal was not set up with the organizer. Corrected afterwards with removal by P-Cann.
