- The facility did not have test strips at time of inspection, however some were brought by another employee from another facility.
- 22. Is the temporary food establishment properly constructed, configured and maintained?
- The tent had a very small portion of flooring that did not cover the surface area. Sections of cardboard were also being used. The event occurred on a section of gravel; thus there was no concrete underneath.
