      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Refrigeration units and hot holding equipment lack accurate thermometer.
      • It was noted during the inspection that the produce walk-in cooler was missing an accurate thermometer and walk-in coolers for meat had a thermometer reading at 10°C. Actual temperature of meat in walk-in cooler was below 4°C.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure all the refrigerators have an accurate thermometer. Operatorreplace the thermometers inside meat walk-in cooler and place a new thermometer in the produce walk-in cooler.
