- Bleach was available on site for surface disinfection; the test strips were not available to measure and verify the concentration of bleach solution.Make sure to get required test strips to measure and verify the bleach solution, as and when required.Note: 1) Resource for mixing an approved sanitizer would be provided.2) A prepared bleach solution at 100ppm should be available at time of active food handling.
