    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Refrigerator temperature measured ~4-8°C at the time of the inspection, despite not being opened that day. Operator was asked to monitor and adjust temperature settings as needed.As per temperature log sheet provided after the inspection via email, the most recent temperature recorded was 55°F (~12°C), with no corrective action noted. Please ensure the temperature is adjusted and fridge temperatures are monitored at least twice daily (template provided). Please ensure corrective actions are conducted and noted whenever temperatures are outside of acceptable ranges.
    • 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
      • Current permit allows for only minimal food handling, although operator confirmed that cooking on the stove does take place by parent volunteers on occasion.In order to upgrade permit to allow for intermediate level food handling, please provide proposed plans and menus, and documentation from fire codes confirming current domestic equipment is suitable for proposed plans.

      • Hand sink is available. Soap was not present at the sink at the time of the inspection and the paper towels were located across the space.*** Please ensure that liquid soap and paper towels are supplied at the handwashing sink. ***
