      • The ice scoop was observed to be left in the ice machine. PHI advised the staff to store the scoop in a separate container to prevent contamination.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • No bleach strip was available at the time of inspection. Manager stated that they have ordered the test strip and will be here within a day. Please inform the PHI once you get the test strips.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Fire inspection has not been completed for the facility. Please send in the report to the PHI once the inspection is complete.
