      • Found a jug of cold brew coffee labeled "Kyoto Black by Justin Doggett" that contained no production facility address or ingredient list. Operator unable to state the source of production or provide invoices for said product. Product tagged held for inspection by CDPH. Instructed not to use or remove tag until tag is removed by CDPH. All food or beverage must be obtained or produced at an approved source. Critical citation issued 7-38-005(B).

      • Observed both the kitchen and dish area exposed handsinks without paper towels. Instructed facility to maintain paper towels all handsinks at all times. Operator installed during inspection. Critical citation issued 7-38-030.
