- Scoops without handles were being used to dispense food from bins and were stored directly in the food. Obtain scoops with handles and store them upright to prevent the handles from coming into contact with food.

- Scoops without handles were being used to dispense food from bins and were stored directly in the food. Obtain scoops with handles and store them upright to prevent the handles from coming into contact with food.
- 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
- The dishwasher using a chemical sanitizing cycle was not dispensing chlorine, despite the dispenser being full. This must be repaired immediately to ensure a minimum chlorine concentration of 100 ppm. Dishes washed in the dishwasher will be manually sanitized in the two-compartment sink with 100 ppm chlorine solution pending repair.

- The hand sink in the main kitchen was obstructed by a large garbage bin. The bin was relocated by the staff member. All hand sinks must be easily accessible and unobstructed at all times.

Ensure that the indicated gap is sealed. 2025-03-10A gap was observed in the weatherstripping on both exit doors which may permit the entry of pests into the facility. Ensure that the indicated gaps are sealed to help prevent pests from entering.
