      • Meat in the freezer was stored above non-meat products. The operator reorganized the freezer so that the meat was placed on the bottom shelf. Food products were uncovered, the operator promptly placed a cover on the products.

      • Dish soap was improperly labelled. The operator added an appropriate label to the container.
