    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • Quat based sanitizer solutions were tested and 100ppm was detected. The solutions were dumped and remixed to be 200ppm. Please ensure surface sanitizer solutions are tested daily for the correct concentration (200ppm).
    • 09. Are chemicals stored and handled in a safe manner?
      • Sanitizer bottles are unlabelled. Please ensure that all chemical bottles including surface sanitizer solutions are properly labeled such that the contents can be identified and safely used.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Quat test strips could not be located. Please obtain quat based test strips to be able to test and verify the quat surface sanitizers solutions.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • 1) The wall behind the white chest freezer was damaged and bare drywall was exposed. Please repair and reseal with wall such that it is impervious to moisture and can be properly cleaned.2) The wall near the floor by the dishwasher was damaged and missing a baseboard. Please repair the wall and install a proper baseboard.

    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • The small under counter cooler storing non-dairy milks had an ambient air temperature of 9C at the time of the inspection. Please adjust the cooler temperature and monitor to ensure it can maintain a temperature of 4C or below.
