- OVER 50 RAT DROPPINGS WERE FOUND IN THE BASEMENT OF THE BUILDING, NO FOOD IN SAID BASEMENT, NUMBEROUS RODENT BURRROWS IN THE BASEMENT FLOOR WERE FOUND. CLEAN UP ALL EVIDENCE OF RODENT ACTIVITY AND REMOVE THE RODENT BURROWS FROM THE BASEMENT.
