    • 205 - Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)]
      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 3X mocha flan and 12X ube flan, as well as several in the styrofoam cambro were being held out at room temperature. Some products measured approx 15C internal.
      • Flan: butter cream top, 2 layers of sponge, 1 creme carmel layer in the middle
      • Corrective Action(s): All products moved to working cooler units. Ensure that all cold potentially hazardous are kept <4C at all times. IF room temperature holding, contact the area health inspector for review.
