- 20. Do food handlers at the facility have adequate food safety training?
- Please complete the Provincial Food Handlers course and let me know once this has been completed.
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- Prior to opening please ensure the following is completed:-ceilings, walls and shelving must be smooth and impervious to moisture i.e. paint any drywall paper, mud and raw wood -Kitchen needs to be completely separate from the remainder of the basement i.e. a curtain may work until a door or something similar can be put in place-Please send me pictures once completed.
