      • 1. The vent hood was observed to have a significant amount of grease build up. Requirement: Vent hoods must be maintained on a cleaning schedule adequate to the facility's needs to reduce accumulation of odors, grease, and smoke.

      • 1. Several piping bags used for desserts were observed to have mold/mildew growth on them.2. A wok pan used for frying was observed to have significant rust buildup on it. Requirement: All equipment and utensils used for food service must be maintained in good working order to reduce contamination. Discard all unusable equipment.

      • The glass from the window located at the front of the facility was observed to be cracked, with sharp edges protruding toward the public.Please replace the glass window. In the meantime, please put up a temporary warning sign.

      • An accumulation of food debris was observed on the floors below the cookline, shelves in the storage area and other hard to reach areas.**Please have these areas cleaned.
