      • No thermometer was observed in the white fridge. Replace the missing thermometer.This was carried forward from last inspection report and were not observed during this inspection.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • It was noted that the facility only has two compartment residential sinks. These sinks are not large enough to fully submerge all utensils in the facility. Adequate dishwashing sinks were not observed. Please install a two compartment dishwashing sinks large enough to fully submerge largest equipment in the facility. Please submit information on sink dimensions and floor plan to this office prior to installing them.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • A hand-washing sink was not observed. Please install a hand-washing sink. Please submit information on sink dimensions and floor plan to this office prior to installing them.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • A few baseboard tiles were noted to be missing at the time of inspection. Please install missing baseboard tiles.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Some food spillage and debris were observed along the bottom of the two-door freezer. Clean the above-mentioned area.This was carried forward from last inspection report and were not observed during this inspection.

      • Inspector observed duct tape inside the fridge/freezer unit. Discussed with operator that duct tape is not a cleanable surface. Ensure this is removed and the damaged area is repaired.
