- Written procedures for skin preparation for cleansing skin, post-service care, and client care in an event of an accident cut/puncture are not available for review. Please ensure the written procedures for the above are available.AHS written procedures template was provided to the operator.

- No high-level disinfectant available at the time of the inspection. Semi-critical tools must be disinfected with a high-level disinfectant to ensure it is adequately disinfected. Please obtain a high-level disinfectant and ensure it has a DIN.
