Prior to operating as a commercial food establishment, the washroom must be fully enclosed and provided with a tight-fitting, self-closing door to prevent potential contamination and maintain compliance with public health standards.

- There is currently no handwashing sink in the facility. Facility has a 2-compartment sink for manual dishwashing as the mechanical dishwasher is not operational. Recommendation was provided to turn the spray sink to a hand wash sink and include handwashing supplies in respective dispensers.
