- 1. It was not possible to ascertain what the surface sanitizer was. Provide documentation or a label so the nature of the sanitizer can be known.2. There were no test strips for the surface sanitizer. Purchase test strips suitable for the surface sanitizer.

- 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
- Facility is well organized, clean and sanitary. Staff clean the facility daily, as well student helpers will assist in dish area. Minor cleaning is required underneath shelving and equipment in dishwashing area as there is a light accumulation of dry food and soil. The rest of the kitchen area was clean and sanitary. If students clean the dishwash area - please ensure the cleaning is checked by facility staff. Please have area underneath equipment in dish area cleaned and sanitized within 5 days. Please send me a photo when the area has been cleaned.
