- 19(1)(c) A food establishment must be located, designed, constructed and maintained to ensure all of the following:

- Counters across and behind dishwasher were noted in disrepair. Resurface the counters with materials that are smooth, impervious, and easily cleanable. Counters require maintenance. The support piece for the kitchen faucet is accumulating dirt and debris. Replace support piece.
