      • No chlorine residual was obtained from the low temperature type of dishwasher after it was run several cycles. Further repairs are required and ensure that at least 50ppm chlorine residual be obtained.
    • 14. Does the facility have an adequate supply of potable hot and cold running water and is the water sampled at required intervals?
      • The cold water tap was broken. Ensure that the cold water tap be repaired and both hot and cold potable running water be made available at all the plumbed sinks in the kitchen during the operation period.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • The sticker on the commercial ventilation system indicates that the service was due in 2023. Ensure that commercial ventilation system be re-certified on a regular basis.
