    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • There was a gap on the bottom of the kitchen door. Please install the weather stripping.Some mouse droppings observed in the dining room clean dishes storage cabinet. please have this cleaned.Snap style mouse traps used - traps removed when the groups are using the facility - boxed style mouse traps must be provided and they need to remain in place all the time.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Dining hall - lots of dead bugs observed inside the window frames and inside the water dispenser drip tray, some spider webs, some mouse droppings and dust on the bottom shelf inside the clean dishes storage cabinet.Kitchen - lots of dead bugs inside the window frames, canopy above the cooking appliances; floor in the corners was not clean; Walk-in cooler smelled and some mould observed on the baseboards and the walls/ceiling.Deep cleaning of the entire kitchen, walk-in cooler and the dining room is required.
