- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- 1. Black pellet like droppings (10-15) were observed on one of the tables in the meeting hall, located on the right side of the main entrance. Droppings or any other pest infestation evidence was not seen in the kitchen or at any other place. 2. Screen was missing on one of the windows in the dining/eating hall.3. A small gap was observed on one of the exterior doors in the meeting hall (on the left from the main entrance), that could be an entry point for pest. Actions required:- Please continue to work on pest management and take corrective actions to reduce/control pest activity. Clean and sanitize the affected table (procedure will be provided via email).- Please install screen on the indicated window.-Seal the gap. Ensure that there are no exterior openings in the facility.-Keep pest control records onsite. Pest control checklist will be provided via email.

- Some of the lights were missing the covers in the main kitchen and in the dining hall. Action required:Please install shatterproof covers.
